They ensure the proper execution of company directives, operational management, and adaptation to economic, social, and regulatory changes. They also focus on workplace well-being, non-discrimination, and environmental considerations.

Main Activities:

• Managing and leading a business: Supervising a team, handling daily priorities, ensuring productivity, and adapting the company’s offerings to market needs.
• Financial analysis: Presenting economic results to stakeholders, analyzing financial performance, and collaborating with external experts when necessary.
• External representation and strategic adaptation: Representing the organization in negotiations and staying informed to adjust management strategies in response to external changes.
